Your contact details and requests are used to create and deliver your custom video. Payments are processed by Stripe; this site never stores card details. Order links are private bearer links—keep yours safe. Promotional messages require separate consent. Email the studio for corrections or deletion requests.

Storefront measurements & reviews

We use first-party browser storage to estimate visits and request starts. Random browser identifiers are hashed on the server; we retain event records for up to 90 days. We record referral hostnames, without full URLs or raw IP addresses. We also record broad device/browser/operating-system categories, language, time zone, screen-size group, and campaign tags. Blocking browser storage disables visit measurements. Checkout context is stored with your paid order to help understand purchase sources and support your experience; it does not include raw IPs, full referral URLs or browser fingerprints. A time zone is not a verified location. Private order pages are not measured.

Submitted reviews may be published with your chosen name and photo, or anonymously. Eligible review rewards do not depend on a positive rating. Contact us to request removal.

Returning customers

You can request a single-use email link to access your orders and saved preferences. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes. An essential session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days; you can sign out on all devices from My orders. Preferences are saved only when you update them. Gift requests do not replace them.
